Return Process

  Carefully fold the apparel and place it back into its original packaging, ensuring all labels and protective inserts are included.

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
